As per the choir’s constitution, at the Annual General Meeting, a total of between seven and eight Officers / Members are elected by the choristers onto the Management Committee, and remain in office for one year but are eligible for re-election. The management Committee has the responsibility to manage all aspects the Choir, for which they receive no remuneration. The committee meets monthly and a quorum consists of five or more. Decisions are taken on a simple majority vote. Minutes are kept for the life of the choir.
